Returns and Warranty
1. What is your return policy?
At Echelon Sports, we accept returns for refund within 7 days of you receiving the goods. All returns must be registered within 14 days of the invoice/dispatch date and shipped back within 21 days of that original invoice/dispatch date. Returned goods must be in their original condition, including all original packaging, and fit for resale. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please complete our Return Authorization Form. Our Service Team will follow up with your RA number.
Please note - with regards to sale and clearance items; please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not allowed on items of incorrect sizing or for change of mind where the product is not faulty.
2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges for returned items that meet our return policy criteria. All returned products need to be new and in resalable condition with tags and packaging included. If you are on a time deadline and need to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. This process ensures prompt and accurate order fulfillment.

3. How do I submit a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, please complete our Return Authorisation Form, followed by returning the defective product for assessment. Our Service Team will follow up with your RA number. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
4. Who covers return shipping costs?
For returns due to change of mind or incorrect ordering, customers are responsible for the shipping costs. Where the return is due to a fault or incorrect item received, Echelon Sports will cover the return shipping cost. Please complete our Return Authorisation Form to arrange the return and obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#).
5. Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size or type?
Yes, you could return an item if you ordered the wrong size or type, provided the product is in its original, new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Please register the return within 14 days of the invoice/dispatch date and ship it back within 21 days. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we can issue a replacement. Please note that return shipping costs for such instances are the responsibility of the customer.
